1956 - Arch
F. McAllister retires and John Q. Woodruff purchases

1962 - Company
incorporated as Woodruff Sales, Inc.
1986 - Company
is purchased by Charles A. Rudd.
2005 - Corporate
name changed to Beehive
State Enterprises,
Inc. with DBA of
Woodruff Sales.
